Dear Dennis.

I feel it appropriate to take a few moments to congratulate and thank Garling Construction for the quality of work performed and professional services provided throughout the construction of The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office and Jail in Marengo, Iowa.

Doug DeMeulenaere, Clifford Grimm, Kent Koschmeder, Terry Huinker, and Barb Garling, acting in their individual roles, formed an effective team that worked well together, worked well with the subcontractors, worked well with the Owner, and worked well with the design team. They kept the project running efficiently and delivered a well constructed, professionally finished building – on time.

Garling hired quality subcontractors that performed well and were an asset to the project.

Those I worked with from Garling Construction appeared to honestly care about the quality of the finished product, which reflects well on the company and your leadership.

Garling Construction Inc. did an excellent job of constructing The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office and Jail. I welcome the opportunity to work with this team again.
